Education & EdTech

Admissions, timetables, student communication and progress analytics — so administration stops competing with teaching.

What we automate first

Four routines that eat an academic year

01

Admissions and enrolment

The routine
Applications arrive by email and forms; documents are checked by hand and statuses tracked in spreadsheets.
What we automate
One application flow with document checks, automatic status updates and enrolment straight into your student system.
What changes
Applicants always know where they stand, and staff stop chasing attachments.
02

Timetables without clashes

The routine
Rooms, teachers and groups are planned in spreadsheets; every change causes a chain of manual fixes.
What we automate
Timetable planning with rules for rooms, teachers and groups, with changes pushed to everyone’s calendar.
What changes
Fewer clashes and no “which room are we in?” messages.
03

Student communication

The routine
The same questions about deadlines, payments and schedules are answered again and again.
What we automate
An AI assistant and automatic notifications for deadlines, changes and payments, in the channels students use.
What changes
Staff answer only the questions that really need a person.
04

Progress analytics

The routine
Grades and attendance live in different systems; at-risk students are noticed too late.
What we automate
A dashboard that combines grades, attendance and engagement and flags students who need attention.
What changes
Teachers can act early instead of reacting at the end of term.

Questions from schools

Can we start in the middle of the academic year?

Yes. We usually start with one process — for example admissions for the next intake — and roll it out without disrupting the current term.

What about student data protection?

Student data is handled under GDPR with least-privilege access. We only connect the data a process actually needs.

Do teachers need training?

Minimal. Where possible we automate behind the scenes, so teachers keep using the tools they already know.
